Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was quiet at the far end of the floor, with a defective air conditioning unit that still smelled like smoke when you opened the door, yet it was very clean with a huge bed and convenient tea and coffee making facilities. The service by Donald was exceptional, going out of the way to ensure every need was taken care of, including a timely return of the deposit. The location, while close to the market, was not very nice to walk around, but offered easy access to preferred attractions for those familiar with the area. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some areas being poorly maintained and not up to standard. Overall, a decent stay with some notable pros and cons.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with coffee-making facilities, but unfortunately, I was assigned a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one. The location was convenient, near the bus stop to-and-from the airport and just a block away from the MTR station.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with beautifully arranged rooms by Alison and Yani from the Business Centre and the convenience of 24-hour service. The location was great for both taking the SAT test and shopping, being close to the MTR stations, though the dining options were a bit limited. The service provided by various staff members, including Karen the Client Services Manager and Donald, was exceptional and truly made my experience memorable.
The hotel offers spacious rooms for its price range in Hong Kong, equipped with great amenities. While check-in was a bit delayed past the expected time, the rooms could benefit from some maintenance. The service staff were not initially helpful when we requested a room change due to a defective AC unit, but they eventually assisted us and were kind and very helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of eateries and convenience stores within walking distance, although there was a lack of clear road signages leading to the hotel. The dining options had limited choices and were a bit overpriced. Overall, the hotel provides good value for the money, especially with its convenient location.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room, although clean and with a huge bed, was smaller than expected and not ready when I arrived, which was inconvenient. On the bright side, the staff were accommodating and friendly, making the service experience pleasant overall. The location was convenient, especially for those familiar with the area, but the dining options were limited and not up to par. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had some redeeming features.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are comfortable for longer stays, albeit with a slight aged smell. The service is top-notch, especially with Catrina who stands out for her exceptional assistance. The location is convenient for those familiar with Hong Kong's transportation system, although a bit of a walk from the MRT. Dining options are good value for money, and the facilities are well-maintained.
